Dr. Carren Chepng'etich
Board Member
Dr. Carren Chepng’etich is a supply chain academic and consultant with 9+ years of teaching and industry experience. She lectures at JKUAT, holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management, and is skilled in procurement, logistics, and contract management, blending theory with practical insights.
Flomina Ngina
Board Member
Flormina Mbii is a seasoned supply chain professional with 20+ years’ experience. She is the SCM Manager at KENAS and a full CIPS-UK and KISM member. She holds an MBA in Procurement and is known for driving efficiency, compliance, and strategic procurement leadership.
Dr. Vincent Ochieng
Board Member
Dr. Vincent Ochieng is a lecturer and researcher in Supply Chain Management at South Eastern Kenya University. He holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management and has expertise in sustainability, public procurement, and logistics. He is a KISM member and actively mentors students while supporting academic and community initiatives.
Dr. Harley Kisyula Mutisya
Board Member
Dr. Harley Mutisya is a veteran supply chain expert with 37+ years’ experience across public, private, and academic sectors. He lectures at the University of Nairobi and holds a PhD in Business Administration. He is CPSP-K certified, a fellow of CILT, and widely published in procurement and supply chain fields.
Kenneth Matiba
CEO/SECRETARY
Mr. Matiba is a seasoned supply chain leader with 15+ years’ local and international experience. He is the CEO and Secretary to the Council at the Institute and a PhD candidate. He holds a Master’s in Procurement & Logistics and is a member of KISM, KIM, and IRSK.
